Legal Status Update (October 2025)
Earlier this year, the Watsershed Commissioner granted our appeal on the buffer permit and returned the file for further review.
Following that review, the City issued an “exception determination,” under Article VII, which is now under active appeal; a final decision is pending.

Separately, a petition has been filed in Fulton County Superior Court to compel the City to certify the record, restart the process with proper public notice, and issue the written findings required under § 74-304.
